I use it twice a day, morning and evening, after cleaning my face with Complete Balance Foaming Cleanser, and before putting on Complete Balance moisturiser - it really does help, as part of 3 step cleansing regime, to keep your face spots free - since discovering it, I really could not leave without it now! It does not sting, it does not overdry your skin, but it works - it simply is the best toner ever.

I have typical combination skin with both dry and oily patches.

I use this toner after using the foaming cleanser, and follow up with the moisturiser.

This toner helps to keep my skin oil free all day, and therefore my makeup looks better and lasts longer.

Brilliant.
