I have combination skin and get oily patches quite quickly. I have tried loads of different products and this is the best by far. I use Magix Face Perfector, then Colour Trend Final Touch followed by my bronzer & a bit of blusher - no oily patches for hours and hours.

I have used this particular pressed powder for a few years now and been more than happy with it. But since December of last year for whatever reason the colour seems to be a totally different shade, much lighter. Will not be ordering this product again - such as shame.

I have fair skin and i just love this product I bought translucent colour. When I bought this I thought omg its too dark but when you put it on it looks lovely the quality is great and you should defiantly get it!!!

I am so pleased with this, I am mixed race (black and white) and I have ordered other foundations from Avon, but when I try them they are always to light, dark, orange or red, I have a medium-dark cool skin tone, I think it's very close to NC35. The translucent tan is the right shade for me, these definitely aren't right for people with fair skin. The foundation gives good coverage. It doesn't feel heavy, it doesn't dry out my skin, it doesn't settle into lines when you smile and it even cover pores fairly well. It's an excellent price compared to other powder foundations and works almost as well. I'm just so happy to finally find a foundation that matches my skin colour, thank you so much Avon.

Quality is not as expected from avon and the colour is way too dark for my NC30 skin. Unfortunately have had to return this. Suitable for NC35 skin tone.

When I used this with the sponge it comes with, it left me looking patchy. It went on okay with a powder brush however.
I don't think there are enough shades of it, its hard to pick one for your skin tone when there are only 2 choices.

Because the colour is quite dark it gives a hint of a tan, perfect for when you don't want to be using foundation but also want to avoid looking ill. I have pale skin, and although I would say it was dark and definitely not translucent, it doesn't make my face look dirty at all.

The colour is darker than you think, but I love it. I use it often instead of foundation. Gives good coverage and lasts well. You can't get anything as good for this price on the highstreet. Only criticism is that it smells a bit weird but you get used to it!

This is a great powder for tanned skin or darker skin tones. I'm usually fair skinned, but currently have a tan and it is the perfect colour (I have the translucent tan shade) for my tanned skin. It's great if like me, you still like to wear a little coverage even when tanned.
It's lovely to smooth a little over the cheeks too. Goes on very smooth, has excellent coverage and doesn't feel like you're wearing a powdered foundation.

I admit, was doubtful over the product because of the price, but thought I'd give it a go as I always struggle to find a shade that suits my skin. Was blown away by the coverage when I tried it. I have Latina tanned skin and it's great ! Girls of Asian skin tone or tan (translucent tan) should try it- it's a bargain and the coverage is as good as a certain other expensive brand !

This product is not for very fair skin. I usually buy ivory foundation so purchased the 'translucent' shade. It was alot darker than expected. Its fine on its own but when covering areas of concealer it clings and you end up with orange patches. Would be perfect for medium skin tones. I think i'll save if for my holidays when I have a bit of a tan!
Coverage wise it is good. You can get away with wearing a lot less foundation. It does keep skin matt, but needs to be reapplied after 4 or so hours if you have oily skin.
I would buy it again if a fair shade was brought out.

This powder is Fabulous. it goes great on its own and with foundation underneath. It is also easy to apply it comes with a pad too apply with or you can use the brush . either way they both look the same. it also gives you a great look as other make up that i use i have to re do it which makes you look orange were this make up doesnt .. 5/5

This powder is really nice - it goes on easily and evenly over liquid foundation and keeps you matt and flawless all day. With previous foundations and powders I've found I need to powder my nose regularly throughout the day - but this combined with colour trend foundation means I no longer need to do this.

this powder is amazing!
it is not too dark as to use as a bronzer, however, it blends perfectly with darker foundations giving a really nice matt finish.
it looks really nice just on its own over your moisturizer.
