I really like this foundation. I have only bought the trial size from my rep and it glided on so nicely and really give a good natural coverage to my skin (which is oily and large pores)
I cant wait for the full size to come :-)

This product is wonderful, I've always been a bit wary of liquid foundations, but this totally changed my mind, goes on smooth, doesn't clog my pores and really covers well.
I find it works for covering any blotchy patches really well, leaving my skin looking fresh and smooth, makes me feel glamourous.
Removes easily, have never woken up to find traces still on my pillow, just use make up wipes to wipe off.

Hello Girls,
A great little product, Calming Effects is so creamy on your skin and feels very smooth when applied. There is a lovely sheen on your face and neck just as if you had been made up by an expert, (which I am not).
So if you want perfection just try it.

I have pale skin with more golden undertones than pink, so i was very disappointed when I applied this and my face looked pale and pink and it didn't suit my skin tone at all. The foundation is quite runny and not very good coverage for people with troubled skin, it does seem to blend well which is good if you get a shade that matches your skin tone. I don't break out from this foundation but it does have a dewy and sometimes shiny finish to it if not set with powder afterwards. Unless you have pink undertones and want a foundation that looks slightly pink on your skin, I wouldn't recommend this foundation as it is quite unflattering and also tends to become flaky!!

Great foundation. I love the colour and it makes my school look really clear and bright. My only criticism is the bottle- it's very difficult to dispense. I bought it in a tube once and it was much easier to use.

This matched my skin well and feels good on only problem was when it arrived the pump was blocked, I spent ages pumping wondering if I was doing something wrong! I had to take it appart and soak each bit in water, but that kind of worked and now a tiny bit pumps out. This is great other than the blockage in the pump!

Towards the end of last year Avon introduced Calming Effects Skin Revival Foundation. I tried it and my skin fell in love with it. I had always struggled to find foundations which didn't upset my skin and had to resign myself to ones that my skin just about tolerated. The Skin Revival foundation was different and I immediately left a glowing review.
Sadly it seems to have been discontinued after less than a year! So I thought I'd better give this one a try in the hope that it couldn't be that bad.
Sadly it isn't all I'd hoped for.
Starting with the colour. Skin Revival was available in Nude - which was a perfect match to my skin - not orange and not pink. Having tried three colours in this, the Ivory is the closest - but it is pink and you can tell I have foundation on.
My skin loved the Skin Revival - my skin actually looked good when I took it off - not stressed. I don't get that with this - I've had to resort to using sensitive skin night cream again to get it in shape for the next morning. I can actually feel this one when I'm wearing it.
Wearability, it goes on OK, but if your face becomes flushed or hot then it goes cakey and flaky - which again the Skin Revival didn't do - it just helped your skin not to react and get flushed.
It doesn't seem to last as well either - there doesn't seem alot left to take off at night.

All in all I'm really disappointed. I had finally found a foundation I could enjoy wearing and really enhanced my appearance and now I'm left with a poor substitute - which doesn't really seem any different to the Ideal Shade Foundation which I was using before - other than that came in nude so was a better colour match.

I bought this product in Cream and the colour turned out to be intensively orange. Also the consistency was disappointing, very poor coverage.

I've found if you apply too much at a time it takes a while to get it on your skin so it doesn't appear runny if that makes sense? It matches my colour perfectly and easy to apply. It doesn't cover my redness that well but it's ok with powder over it.

A very good foundation by Avon. I purchased in Honey- and the shade was so perfect to my skin tone, it was unreal! Very smooth to apply, giving beautiful flawless skin, this really is a very good foundation. Added bonus of UVA & B protection is definitely worth a gold star! Looks very professional on- people assumed I was wearing something far more expensive and top of the range. Well done Avon.

Amazingly better then the other calming effects foundation. This foundation is meant to be applied by the fingers which is such of a great thing. It dosent cake up your skin no matter how much you use. Gives a good radiance, stays colour true all day and makes your skin baby soft. You do not have to apply this more then once, lastes all day.
I will defiantly be buying more of this product.

I bought this foundation for a change from my usual product that I've been using for ages, and I'm glad I did! It blends on lovely and gives a natural, healthy and glowing look, nice little bottle too, I find it goes on best with a brush :) And doesn't irritate my sensitive skin

It was easy to find a shade to suit my skin and, despite being very runny, the foundation gives good coverage. Nothing special though and didn't feel special on my sensitive skin. I have tried better elsewhere.
