it arrived in an air packet and inside a shiny blue box. So its in one piece. I get it on my wrist and WOW! the sparkle is fantastic. It really catches the light. I love the heart shape too its very cute. Its light weight so its not noticable when wearing. The strap is quite long but it had one removable link so i took it off and it looks great just pushed up my arm bit. I have to say it makes my arms look toned haha. If you do want it further down your wrist then you will have to have some of the links removed by a jeweller. But im happy with the length it is so its staying that way, each to their own and all that jazz. I recomend it to anybody I love this watch.
