I work on stage every night singing and dancing so i am always on the look out for vibrant, sparkly lipsticks.
Our signature colour is red so i purchased "ruby in gold" and was very pleased when it turned up.
The colour is a beautiful deep red and the gold shimmer effect is just stunning.
I admit i had to reapply a number of times as it didn't stay as first applied, but it glides on smoothly with a lovely, creamy texture and i found the colour coverage itself was very good.
The biggest dissapointment was the fact it did feel dry after about 15 mintues, but i love the effect and i love the jucy smell it has aswell so i will purchase it again.
I also tried the limited edition "rose gold" version, i bought the shade "exclusive pink" and for everyday wear the colour was subtle with a beautiful golden shimmer.
Thanks avon for another brilliant innovation.

This applied to my lips really well but unfortunately it didn't stay on well as it sunk into my lip lines within 10-15 minutes of applying, which was disappointing.
As with the colour, the sparkle also faded and I found myself having to reapply quite regularly.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend but if I was looking for the same effect, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, and opt for a normal lipstick and just use a glitter gloss over the top.

I bought the 24K Gold, its absolutely gorgeous.
The finish is so pretty, it is a nude sparkle on me and i'm fair skined.
It feels so hydrating and nourishing.
Lovely product to wear :) However I did have to re-apply quite often to keep the desired look. xx

A very nice lipstick, I like the glittert effect. I used the Gold colour and it looks lovely on me.
However for some reason it made a stinging/itching sensation on my lips, I don't know if that was because of the glitter stuff or my lips are just sensitive.
But it's a very nice lipstick. Love the colour

This is a gorgeous lipstick! I have 24K Pink and Ruby in Gold and I've had compliments on how great they look on. Perfect for a night out or special occasion. They have great staying power. This isn't a moisturising lipstick and so can feel a little drying for a lipstick described as creamy. I personally add a clear gloss on top for extra shine and more moisture. For the amazing colour, effect and price this definitely deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

I bought this lipstick a few months ago in the Golden Raisin.
It goes on very nicely leaving my lips a vibrant red colour with a golden sparkle.
It lasts all night without the need to reapply.
It also leaves my lips feeling smooth and hydrated, which is rare seeing as I suffer with rather dry lips.
It is the best lipstick I have ever purchased and would definitely recommend it.

I'm a representative & I tried out the Ultra Colour Rich 24k Lipstick in Golden Peach. The shade really suited me & it left my lips feeling silky & moisturised, not sticky! Plus, the golden sparkle is so pretty! I will definately be buying the full-size version for myself!

I purchased the Golden Wine in this range and the colour was very beautiful. Nice and dark and had pink shimmer particles rather than the gold shimmer. I liked the colour very much and would definitely purchase again. I just wish the product was not so sheer as the girls are right you do need to keep re-applying which is a shame.

i saw this one advertised in the book and thought it looked great. i have to say the colour was lovely but it made my lips feel rough and dry. when i pressed my lips together it was like sand paper. i had to keep re applying this product throughout the day to keep it vibrant.

I bought the golden wine and amthyst gold in this product. I fully endorse the amthyst gold. It's really lovely. However the golden wine, although a lovely colour, feathers. Probably all the dark colours do this.

I saw this lipstick online and thought it looked brilliant - the colours were radiant and I loved the idea of flecks of gold to add to the glitter and shine of your lips. The lipstick comes in multitude of pretty shades, so I decided that I'd buy my two favourites - the 'Golden Peach' shade and the 'Ruby in Gold'. They were the most gorgeous colours ... in picture. When I actually recieved them and tried them on, they were dull, didn't sparkle and looked pretty much like I wasn't wearing any lipstick at all. I'm sending them back, they're not worth the money, they're barely the colours they were meant to be and not at all 'rich' and 'creamy' like they are described in the advertisement. A complete disappointment considering how amazing Avon usually are.

These lipsticks are not as bright as the colours are shown, probably because they are sheer. Lovley to use though i have it in many shades.

Though it was a bit pricey the colour was nice and lasted a few hours, but didn't stay on all night had to keep reapplying, but colour was so nice.

went on well but immediately stained lips and sunk into lip 'wrinkles/lines'. faded and looked awful very quickly. did not have enough sparkle to warrant to title. better off buying normal lipstick and a metallic/glitter gloss for effect.
