I am so sad to hear that this product is being discontunued. I had searched long and hard to find a reasonable priced mineral foundation with the right tone for my skin and this one is going too!! A shame such a fabulous product is leaving the range.

bought this is ivory and have just purchased another one. wasnt sure at first cos it looked pretty orange but when i applied it i used only a little on the brush and it went on lovely

I used to love this make-up in ivory. It was wonderfully pale and so hard to get hold of anywhere else, it also made my skin look flawless with just a tiny amount and lasted months.
I was so taken aback the last time I ordered what I thought was the same product, smaller tub I could live with- but the colour was so dark and made me look orange. So thinking a mistake was made I ordered it again but received the same thing. So sad to learn its been discontinued, why? I have read other reviews and they seem to agree. You have lost your pale market.

Tried this for the first time couple of months ago as have never tried mineral make-up before. It was great! While waiting for the luminosity brightener to start doing its "work" this powder covered virtually all my imperfections, even small scars I have on my face due to a car accident many years ago - gives great full coverage. Just go lightly with the brush otherwise if too heavy handed can end up looking really thick. Very small amount on the brush is needed to give a nice virtually flawless (depending on your complexion already) look. Quite a small pot but goes a longggg way. p.s. the luminosity brightener really works well also.

What a revelation! I've always struggled with foundation, in many ways... it was always tricky to apply, hard to match to my skin tone, clogged my pores, or just didn't last the day... Well, not any more! (I'm at risk of sounding as if I might work for Avon here... assure you I don't). I'd pretty much given up with foundation. I have combination skin, often coupled with blocked pores, & my skin was, quite frankly, better off without it. I saw the introductory offer on the mineral foundation & Kabuki brush & decided to give it a go... It's so easy! (The brush definitely helps - not sure it would work so well without it). And quick too; just lift some powder on the brush, give it a tap in the lid & swirl it onto your face. Job done! No additional powder needed either. Works better if you can wait a just few minutes after moisturising before you apply it (I go off for my breakfast then) so it doesn't stick to your skin, rather than blend into it. And you know what? - no more clogged pores; no more spots; no more shiny T-zone, even in the evening; no more un-made face avoiding foundation; gentle on my drier cheekbones too... I'm really impressed.

Im naturally very pale so when it comes to foundations I find it very hard to match my skin tone so i was unsure about ordering online as you cannot test it, however i ordered this foundation in the lightest colour and it is a perfect match to my skin, also unlike most other powders it actually covers blemishes very well. The only downside to this is that after wearing it for a few hours it can look a bit patchy but apart from that this is the best foundation i have ever used!!

This is the only powder I've found that perfectly matches my skin tone in the lightest shade.
It goes on beautifully, and gives me flawless skin...at first.
Within an hour or less it appears patchy and flaky, almost making it look like I have a skin disorder!
I do have quite oily skin so that may have something to do with it. I have tried it over several primers, but to no avail! It's such a shame because it matches so wonderfully!

OK so I was scared about trying this because I thought it would still show all my blemishes. But I am impressed. My daily routine has changed, I moisturise, then conceal then blend over the mineral powder. Applying more if I want more coverage. it has definitely shortened my daily routine of waiting for the liquid to dry then setting it with a powder .
I have found I need to use more moisturiser because I have dry skin and towards the end of the day I noticed my skin flaking around my chin.
Its bad in photographs, makes your skin look shiny. So I go back to my liquid foundation for those occasions when you know the camera will be out.

this product is lovely but be careful on the colour choice it does come out a little different to the on line colours, the nude is fine if you have a bit of a light tan and the shell is ok for mid skin tone but if you are very pail it may be to dark, I bought nude and shell so I can mix them to get the best result, it's also advisable to get a really good quality brush as this really does make a difference in getting a flawless finish.

I have been a fan of mineral make-up for some years now & have tried virtually every brand around....this one is as good (if not better!) than the premium one I had been using regularly, but at least half the price (much less when on offer!!)...I luckily hit the jackpot with the right shade at my first attempt-Nude-(I always tend go for the most neutral shade as it invariably suits my skintone) & am so pleased with this product I have been 'stockpiling' it (I purchase a couple more whenever it's on offer) as I couldn't bear to run out & have to compromise with a lesser quality or more expensive brand....it makes my skin glow, look naturally flawless & healthy, & without that 'caked on' look no matter how much you apply. I build the cover up gradually (less for daytime/more if i'm going out somewhere special) & don't even feel as if i'm wearing make-up, it's completely weightless, allows your skin to breathe without that 'clogged up' feeling, & actually helps clear up the odd breakout I get with my 'combination' skin & the oily T Zone that I have. It also lasts from the minute you apply it to the time you take it off without the dreaded 'shine' or the need for regular touch ups...but one big tip ladies-a Kabuki Brush is a MUST for applying any powdered mineral foundation successfully-it's useless with any other make-up tool-swirl, tap & 'buff' it on in a circular motion & away you go! Don't EVER discontinue this product-PLEASE Avon? Exceptional product at an exceptional price. I love, love, LOVE it!!

I feel like crying, I finally find a perfect match for my very pale skin that lasts and lasts and doesn't make me break out and Avon changes the colour and tub size :( I am VERY unhappy as I stockpiled the old one and the last tub I had was TANGERINE!
I will be buying foundation elsewhere from now on!

Thsi foundation is really quite ok. its easy to put on and doesnt make a mess. My problem is it doesnt last quite long. this may be because of my skin type. but after about 3hrs, my face goes shinny and thats quite annoying. probably should be used with a matifier. still a good product though. It made me confident of my appearance for the first time in a long while. Thnaks a von

wasn't impressed with this product. It made me look very orange. on the other hand it gave nice coverage and was nice to blend. Stayed all day as well even in the hot weather.
The tub looked very small but lasts a long while as you need minimun amount!

When I opened the packaging, I was convinced this was not the foundation because they have halved the amount in the tub! Anyway, it looks so real on me, only I know if I am wearing it or not. It makes my skin look so good and clear and it does look like I havnt put any makeup on- brilliant!! I will always use this and hope its not discontinued.

At first I agreed with some of the less enthusiastic reviewers, as I am very pale and thought this was personal match re packaged. it is too orange for my very pale skin however i started using it as a blusher instead as i can never find a pink shade to suit me. Perfect. in fact when i ran out a few people asked me if I was feeling ok and my boss said I was looking peeky! Have just ordered two...

I bought this foundation as the one i normally would buy: the personal match mineral foundation seems to have been discontinued. i thought this one would be very similar but infact i hate it. i am very pale skinned so the personal match foundation in ivory was the perfect colour for my skin but the ideal shade in ivory made my face very orange and was not impressed at all plus the size of the tub has more than halfed in size. PLEASE bring back personal match its so much better!!

i have terrible problems finding a foundation i feel happy with but this i thought was very close to being perfect. i love the fact its sooooo easy to blend the only downside is if you dont have the right brush to apply it with

I'm extremely pale and am trying to cut back on clogging up my skin with liquid foundations, so this product seemed like it would do the trick. However the Ivory shade made me look like i'd been let lose with a bottle of fake tan. I used it sparingly, and although it did give my skin a very consistent matte finish, i looked like a tangerine. It's a problem i have with alot of Avon foundation and powders. Definately wont be using this product again.

I've actually had this product for a while and I believe from other reviews it has changed slightly since I bought it. I have it in Ivory and while it suits me okay because of my paper white skin, it would probably be too fair for most. How it goes on and stays on varies from day to day depending on the condition of my skin and the weather. It can look quite chalky and be difficult to get even. When the day is right though it can be nice, more for evening out than coverage though i'd say. Not something that I would imagine many people could use every day.
