I purchased the smoky colours - easy to use with applicator and the colours blend beautifully. When applied and blended correctly these colours give a soft, elegant, subtle smoky eye for either day or night look. I found PIxiwoo's video on youtube particularly inspiring to watch with regards to applying this eyeshadow quad.
I have two of these eye shadow quads, mocha latte and smokey eyes. I use mocha latte for everyday use, and take it everywhere with me! its perfect for creating natural smokey eyes or just using one of the colours all over the eye. The two matte colours in mocha latte I also use for defining my brows and they work great! I was so happy when i received the neat packaging with the large mirror in the lid, so handy! Although I haven't used smokey eyes as much, all the colour compliment each other and create a gorgeous smokey eye. I use this palette more so for evening looks :) One down side is I find the little sponge applicators useless, but I always have and have a set of eye shadow brushes to help me, but all in all very impressed! stay on all day, no creasing, pigmented, just what you want! I recommend mocha latte for anyone who isn't sure what colour to get as its sutible for all occasions and you'll definitely find a use for it!

Lovely colours that blend very well together, and glides on very smoothly. Lovely case too!
Very reliable eyehadow that lasts and does not smudge Lots of shade choices I've been using this product for years Never fails to get a super look for any occasion
These eyeshadows are really good. The four colours in each quad complement each other perfectly. They do feel silky and smooth and blend easily. I've never had any problems with creasing with these either. The mirror inside the lid is a great idea as well. However, the sponge applicator is useless - I find they apply much neater and blend together better when I use a brush. The colours also look more intense with a primer or base, but if you'd like the colours a bit more subtle then just use them alone.
I purchased the limited edition 'glitz & glamour' shades in limited edition 'sequins and shine' case. I was really pleased with the colours as they suited my dark skin tone and was pleased with the product as it was easy to apply, you can build it up for a dramatic look and it's easy to blend. As well as purchasing it for a great sale price, for me it's great product all round, and I have yet to try the other colours.
I have quite a few of these now & I love them! Lovely packaging that keeps the eyeshadows protected from getting crushed. Comes with a mirror & eyeshadow brush which is a bonus! All the shades in each quad really compliment each other. They are smooth & easy to blend... you can build them up for deeper colour. I'll definitely keep buying these, there are shades for every occasion & skin tone!
Lovely packaged eyeshadows in a gorgeous glossy black box. The eyeshadow brush wasn't too good because the shadows are at a raised height and I can see once they are used down towards the recess the brush won't it in anymore. The colours themselves are nice but I just can't seem to blend them and despite buying two colour quads im not sure if either suit me.
True Colour Pink Sands Quad Eyeshadows.Years ago used another high end brand and this beats this hands down. Lovely natural colour with hazel eyes makes them look wide awake.
This is the 3rd time I have purchased this product in Mocha Latte. The colours are great and as there are 4, you can darken or lighten your look depending on where you are going. They go on easily, blend well and last a long time without creasing. The have no sparkle to them so are great for work.
I have to say i enjoy using this eyeshadow. The colours are good, and the texture of the eyeshadow is smooth and silky, i will deffinatly be buying it again. The colours blend well together, so its good :)
I really like the idea of having a quad eyeshadow because if you are like me and are cosmetic-challenged it takes the guess work out of finding complimenting tones. I have purchased two of these (mocha latte and purple haze) along with the True Colour Eyeshadow Duo in Retro Glamour. I didn't realize it at the time but two of the colours in purple haze are the same as the retro glamour duo.
Likes: The colour range, good packaging, the amount of product you get, good pricing
Dislikes: Not so easy to blend, very matte (the brochure makes the eyeshadow look otherwise) Maybe I just need more practice with the products but I was disappointed how 'blotchy' the eyeshadow can be.
I don't have a lot of experience with eyeshadow, usually just put on concealer and mascara during day and use stick or cream/liquid eyeshadow if going out but I thought I'd give this powder shadow a try so I got "island breeze" as it's a good mix earthy tones. I found it to have very little pigment and so having to layer it loads therefore being quite time consuming, especially if u do it in morning b4 u have to go to work! At first I thought it was down to my lack of experience with powder shadows but after reading reviews I realised it's not my fault - the shadows are indeed of poor quality as they don't have enough pigment at all.

Avon had a brilliant eye shadow that could be applied wet or dry. Applying it wet worked wonderfully well and lasted ages. For some reason, like Avon often do they discontinued it after just a short while. Since then I have moved to other retailers looking for something similar and although have found a couple they are not quite as good as this Avon one was. Please bring back the wet & dry eye shadow.
I bought this in pink sands shade.. and I am not much of an eyeshadow person, you can say this was my first or second purchase of an eyeshadow..
Good points are that the packaging is really nice.. the mirror, the brush and the 4 shades look very cute and attractive. Four colors in pink sands are pretty decent too and they feel well balanced when you apply them.. Having a sensitive, oily skin the shades flow nicely and do not give any allergic reaction or spots.. so quality of product is very good as well..
One major downside is that I agree with rest of the reviews that you need to apply a good amount of eye shadow for it to be visible even for a natural look.. if you are ok with that then this product is a good buy..
I got the pink sands version of this, and I must say I was really impressed. I usually use bright colours, so I thought this would be perfect to tone down my look. It's really pigmented, the colours looked fantastic & it went on really well. The only (very small) downside is that quite a bit of eyeshadow falls off when applying, but just put it on before foundation. But I was very impressed!
