the first time i used this product it made my face very itchy and for a week after my face was very tight ,very red and very dry afterwards

I had high hopes for this product, but it really dried my skin to the point that it was flaking and begginging to become sore. I have discontinued use now. The PM wash wasn't as bad as the AM wash. It did clean well and my skin felt refreshed but felt very tight and no matter how much moisturiser i used i couldn't stop the dryness. I used the product for only 1 week, I wanted to see if it would improve but it just got worse. I have used other products in the Solutions range and they have all worked well.
