Sadly this product did not work for me, it made my nails peel & weaker. On the plus side it gave my nails a slight glow.

This is one of the better nail strengtheners I have used. I wore it on my nails for 4 days, and my nails felt stronger and had definitely grown in that period of time. The product didn't chip for the first 2 days, but it cracked and flaked off the tips of my nails on the third day. The shimmery particles that you see in the bottle barely showed up on my nails, but this doesn't matter to me very much. I have also used this as a basecoat under nail polish, but I think I'll stick to a proper basecoat in future as my nails chipped after 2 days as opposed to the usual 4.

It was easy to apply and made my nails look lovely. It didn't hide all my ridges but certainly made them less visible. My nails feel stronger. The only problem is that it is easy to scratch off so I needed to reapply it more frequently than I would do a nail varnish.

My nails were britlle, peeling and splitting. Since beginning to use this product only two weeks ago they have improved drastically. Have given bottles to my mum and friend. Will definitely be buying this again!

This does seem to make nails stronger and definitely smoother looking but I don't have problems with ridges; my problem is splitting especially on those nails used to open tiny catches on my jewellery! I shall persevere with this and hope it makes a difference, just wish there was a litle bit more of a sparkle as cannot see gold at all once on nail.

This is probably the best nail product I've ever used. It makes my nails so strong and stops them breaking when I try to grow them. When used alone, it leaves a lovely subtle gold shimmer and makes my nails look so healthy. It's also a brilliant base as well, making other nail enamels apply more evenly, stay chip free for longer and makes it look even shinier. Please never discontinue this, Avon, this is one of your best products.

My sister in law gave me her bottle of this when I was in South Africa recently. My nails, after many years of biting and abuse, were soft and broke easily. I gave up the biting a few years ago but every time I try to grow them they break off unless I am wearing nail varnish.
This stuff is miraculous! Really strengthens my nails, looks pretty and stays on for days so I don't have to keep my nails painted all the time.
I only registered with Avon UK as my bottle has just run out... although I suspect I may make a few other purchases this evening.

I keep on trying to grow my nails but they are so weak and always split or break. I've tried other nail strengtheners, but they don't work well or keep coming off, this however doesn't, its stays put unless you remove it yourself and does work well my nails haven't split or broke since I started using this. Excellent stuff, would definitely recommend.

I buy this one quite a lot now! First bought it as a wear everyday type nail varnish and I am always impressed with it! Nice and shiny with gold sparkle, means I can even use it if I'm going out. Literally does not come off unless I remove it or it grows out with the nail!

This product actually works. I have tried different ones but always come back to this one. It stays on and doesn"t peel off like some. Its easy to apply and looks good too.

I use it as a part of a 3-step treatment:
1. starting with Lavender Cuticle Oil
2. followed by Strong Results
