The colors beautiful, especially the ruby slipper. Just a little disappointed that it at started to chip after two days.Another coat extended the wear by another two days.

I think one thick coat is enough of this nail polish. I bought the silver one and I think it looks gorgeous. It did last a while chip free, so I am totally happy with it.
Plus the current price is not bad at all (half price).

I have this nail product in so many colours. The colours are gorgeous and it stays chip free for ages. It's so shiny too, and I find using the gold strength nail enamel as a base makes it last even longer. I always get so many compliments on my nails when I use Avon nail enamels, I absolutely love it.

This is a wonderful colour especially for special occasions. I bought it to wear on Christmas day and tried it out first, thank goodness I did. Whilst the colour is truly lovely, getting it on my nails was a nightmare.! I did have a base coat as always, but this was either streaky or gloopy, or gathered in the corners. Took forever to apply, much cheaper brands go on so much easier. I did stick with it and after copious attempts managed to get an even finish and it did last for 5-7 days of fantastic colour but I would not buy again.

I have many of the shades and this nail polish is fantastic. I work in retail and have been complimented on the colours many times, and I always recommend Avon to them. I have recently purchased Decadence and the colour is absolutely beautiful for the party season.

Longest lasting nail polish

The only nail polish I will buy. Apply 2 decent coats (ie. plenty of product on the brush) and finish with Avon Quick Dry Spray. The results cannot be beaten. Glossy & chip free for at least 7 days! My favourite at the moment is Midnight Plum.

This is one of the best nail colour range by Avon. Easy to apply, rich shades, quick to dry and lasts very long(even for a full time mom!)

I bought this nail polish last month and its become my favorit. It glides on effortless and is very hard wearing. Not only do my nails look great they feel great too. Unlike other nail polish this wont flake off after a few hours. I recomend this to anyone who loves amazing looking nail. Five star. :-)

Was disappointed with the colour mismatch. I purchased the 'Dynamo'. On the brochure looked much more light colour as to the real colour; the colour seemed much more darker then I've expected it to be which was a downsider but after two coats it looked quite dazzling which satisfied me. Would be purchasing another colour.

Perfectly peachy

Having been occasionally disappointed with the way the site's colour swatches don't always match up to the actual product (too dark / too light / too purple etc) I was a bit wary of purchasing a nail varnish online.
Happily however, all's well that ends well, I was after a neutral colour and that's exactly what I got with 'Perfectly Flesh', a gorgeous pale peachy-brown shade that looks fantastic against my [fake] tanned feet. Been looking for a shade like this for a long time so I'm glad I decided to 'risk it'. Love the shade! =)

best nail varnish I've come across

I buy a lot of nail varnish and I can honestly say no other brand is as long lasting or as quick drying. The brush is wide enough to coat the whole nail in one or 2 strokes, the formulas are runny enough to make application super quick but not liquid enough to drip everywhere. The colours are bold but a few shades need more than 2 coats:
Viva pink: Solid hot pink 2 well applied coats looks lovely. 5/5
Pastel pink: Solid light baby pink 3 coats of more it’s a bit too light otherwise. 4/5
Sunshine: Solid bright yellow 2 coats maybe 3. 4/5
Vintage blue: Solid light baby blue 2 coats look almost white but on the nails appear defiantly blue. 5/5
Vanilla shake: Solid magnolia or creamy coloured, a beige tone I struggle to define needs 4 or more coats to look like anything other than a French manicure. 3/5 too many coats needed
Grey cement: Matte grey, 2 coats looks nice but chips super easy. 2/5 chips too easy
Violetta: Matte purple with a bit of sparkle to it, 2 coats again lovely but also easily chipped. 3/5 not quite as bad a chipping but still bad.
Rose armour: An almost metallic colour, sparkly medium pink with orange/gold tones to it. 2 coats again. 4/5
Cherry jubilee: Solid deep red - too dark in my opinion and is hard to get even coverage for some reason. 3 coats - I don't wear this one much it came free with something. 2/5 I just don’t like it.
Dynamo: Very glittery pink, it has white, medium pink and hot pink sparkles to it 2 coats. 5/5
Luxe lavender: Solid dark lilac - very nice. 2 coats is all that is needed. 5/5
Vivid violet: Shiny Violet hot pink and blue tones to it, a shade I spend hours starring at. 2 coats – awesome 5/5
Decadence: vivid violets louder cousin, definite glittery tones of pink and blue but is a little darker than the violet 3 coats. 5/5
Peppermint: Algae, mint green solid colour, 2 coats. 5/5
I'm not going to pretend they don't chip if you wash the wash pots or scrub the floor but if you are light on your hands they do last ages without a chip(apart from matte colours)

Addicted To These!

Great shades! I have so many of these & I love them! Most look great after just one coat, they look shiny without adding a top coat & last quite a while too!
Unfortunately, I can only buy these when they are on offer as I think their pricing normally is quite expensive. I realise most nail polishes are this price though, I just personally think its a bit much.
I didn't much like the limited edition Kate Sapphire as it took a lot of effort to get off & it stained my nails blue! I also don't rate the limited edition Pastel Pink that highly. Its an absolutely GORGEOUS colour but it takes about 5 coats to get it looking like its supposed to do. Even then, its a tad patchy & of course is going a bit "funny" after so many coats.

This product is great and much better quality than some of those very expensive high street versions. It is easy to apply and lasts for a good 3-4 days without chipping. There is a great range of colours and I have had so many compliments on my new nail colours.

I have this in Violetta sparkle, the colour is lovely and it stays on well.
The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it does need 2 or 3 coats and it takes quite a long time to dry, time that I dont have with 2 young children!

I think my favourite thing about this nail varnish is how shiny it is, and I know that sounds quite obvious but really not many nail enamels stay shiny for days after you have put them on. My favourites are vivid violet, star, blue shock and decadence, and they all look their best at this time of year when the sun catches the diamond dust and your nails sparkle more than ever.

Best Nail Enamel ever!!

I have several types of nail enamels from various other manufacturers and I have to say that Avon's far surpass the others. I am a hands on type of person so tend to bash my nails a bit. The Nailwear Pro Nail enamels are phenomenal. I can wear them for a least 5 days before they start to look less shiny. I wear an undercoat and then use 2-3 coats and then finish off with a top coat. If I use them on my toe nails they last even longer!! Fantastic product...wouldn't expect anything less from Avon!!!
