Have been using this alongside the pillow mist for a couple of weeks now and while it doesn't always help me fall asleep any earlier, when I do get to sleep it is far more relaxing and restful. I personally cannot stand the smell of lavender and while I assume this probably has lavender in it, the combination of other ingredients gives a soft gentle smell which is gorgeous! At this price give it a try, what do you have to lose! (One extra tip - put it on your wrists - I did start getting a couple of small spots around my temples as the balm is a little greasy but maybe I was being too heavy handed!)

Tried this as an alternative to relaxing sleep tablets (herbal). Works everytime, a small amount on your wrist is all it takes as you get into bed. If you do not like the smell of lavendar (which is not strong anyway) you can put it on the base of your feet and it works just as well.
An excellent product. I have problems in getting off to sleep and the sleep balm is a great help wen combined with the sleep spray. No perfume to speak off but definitely helps. Maybe its gently massaging it onto pulse points that helps it to work, but I definitely sleep better when using it.

I loved this product. It helped my children to get to sleep. I had a little trouble getting it out of the pot but then I have cold hands - my daughter did it better. I have also tried the spray and I prefer the spray for ease of use.
Weird smell. Reminds me of catnip. Doesn't seem to make any difference to whether I sleep well or not. Products containing lavender would be much better.

I'm a student so I'm used to late nights and a very good friend bought me this as a present, I was a bit skeptical before using the sleep balm but it smells lovely and does actually work. I would definitely recommend this to anyone
Its like vaseline with a kind of musky clean linen smell. If that makes sense! You just apply a small amount to your pulse points before bed and soon your drifting off to a restful nights sleep.
The handy sized tub is also great to pop in your bed side cabinet.
Definately going to try other sleep therapy products.

Great for getting off to sleep, especially after a busy day when your mind just can't shut off.
I've now used this a couple of times and thankfully it's worked well. I've used a lot of products which haven't worked and this seems to help so will be stocking up. I now have one in both places I live!!
I often have trouble sleeping, or if I do sleep it’s not very well, so I decided to give this balm a try, purely because it was a more natural remedy than sleeping tablets, etc.
I was sceptical with the product and to be honest, I don’t think it has helped me to fall asleep any faster or easier.
However, I did appear to sleep sounder once I hit the land of nod and did not find myself waking up numerous times throughout the night.
The balm isn’t greasy and does not have an over-powering scent which is good, as any stronger and it would hamper your sleep.
When I got this I wasn't really expecting it to work for me, mainly because I'm an insomniatic and I've tried all sorts of products like this before. But I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. It smells gorgeous, and I think it has made a difference because I've been sleeping slightly better since using it!
If you have trouble sleeping, I'd definately advise trying this, it's also a fantastic price, whereas many other similar products elsewhere charge quite a lot more for useless products.

after years of trouble with sleeping i thought id give this a go, and it worked, it only takes a little to work, not too greasy, not a noticable smell, all in all fantastic product!
I often have trouble dropping off to sleep but when I remember to rub a teeny dab of this into my temples I fall asleep much more quickly and my sleep is unbroken.
I agree the smell is very subtle indeed but I like that, a heavier scent would distract me and its great to finally find something to help me sleep that doesn't reek of lavander!!
I don't find it at all greasy, this is now a MUST HAVE in my home.
